REEF HUNT CHARTER 

Spearfish the best reefs and bring home fresh dinner offshore Jaco Costa Rica. 

• Half Day $650 (up to 4 divers)
• 3/4 Day $850 (up to 4 divers)

We have various reefs ranging from 10ft (5m) to 134ft (35m). Depending on experience level and conditions we will determine which reef is the best fit for you. The most sought after reef fish is the world reknown Cubera Snapper but we also have other snapper, corvina, blue trevally, amberjacks, mackerel, and many others. If you are a seasoned spearo, we highly recommend you check out or Blue Water Charters & multi-day packages. 

Prerequisites

• We require all divers to have prior experience freediving or spearfishing. If you dont, let us know and we can do an intro to freediving/spearfishing charter. This is not only to ensure everyones safety, but also to put you in the best position at bringing home dinner.  
• Minimum 18 years of age
• HOLD A VALID COSTA RICAN SPEARFISHING LICENSE "Practice underwater fishing card". You can get yours for US$50 on the INCOPESCA website (https://www.incopesca.go.cr/carnets/tramites/SolicitudTraducido.aspx)

Equipment:

• Please bring sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, ETC).
• All necessary Freedive and spearfish equipment is provided free of charge but you are welcome to bring your own. We also have a shop with some of the top brands if you are looking to acquire your own gear. 
• We provide basic fruits and water on the boat. 

Policy:

• **NO DRUGS PERMITTED WHATSOEVER**
• If divers show up hungover, drunk, or under the influence your trip will be cancelled without refund. 
• 50% deposit required. 2 week / 14 day cancellation policy. Any Trip cancelled 14 days or less before trip will forfeit deposit.
