4-day duration.
3-hour classroom or online learning session.
2 x 1-hour pool sessions.
4 ocean sessions.
Prerequisites: Completion of a prior Freediver course, good health and fitness, minimum age of 16 (parental consent required for under 18).
Equipment Provided: All essential freediving gear provided at no extra cost. Participants are encouraged to bring personal equipment. Sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.) recommended for the boat trip.
